Ingredients
- 8 cheddar cloud bread rounds
- 1 cup jarred pizza sauce or marinara
- 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella, diced
- 1 small red onion, sliced into rings
- 1/4 cup black or Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely sliced
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200 C and line a baking tray if needed.
- Place the cloud bread rounds on the tray and spread a little pizza sauce on each one.
- Top with mozzarella, red onion, and olives.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is soft.
- Finish with fresh basil and serve right away.
